Animalistic Beautiful Christmas: Storytime Fun for Little Book Fans
When animalistic Christmas stories unfold in the Ansbach city library, a loving family experience full of imagination, pictures, and shared time begins for children aged four and up. In the Pictures/Book/Adventure, two atmospheric picture books are read aloud and the illustrations are shown.
Christmas Stories with Dragons and Geese
The focus is on the picture books Dragon Strong Christmas Night by Stefan Gemmel and Stefanie Reich and Forgotten Goose by Stephanie Schneider and Stefanie Scharnberg. The stories invite children to discover figures, animals, and picture details attentively and to let their imagination run free.
Reading, Amazement, and Storytelling Together
The shared viewing of the illustrations creates a calm, child-friendly atmosphere. Children experience how language, images, and feelings interact. This creates valuable opportunities for conversation about friendship, helpfulness, Christmas, and the small adventures of the animal main characters.
Aged Appropriately and Educationally Valuable
The event is aimed at children aged four and up. At this age, reading aloud supports language development, listening, and the ability to express one's own thoughts. The manageable duration of 30 minutes fits well with the attention span of younger children and provides families with a relaxed start to the Advent season.
A Special Family Experience in the City Library
Among books and pictures, a warm atmosphere emerges with children's laughter, curiosity, and learning fun. Parents and children spend time together, discover new stories, and experience how lively picture book moments can ignite the joy of reading. Admission is free.

At Animalistic Beautiful Christmas, families can expect a short, imaginative reading time with well-known picture book authors and illustrators, loving illustrations, and a festive atmosphere.
